Stormdrain stenciling is a fun way to spread the message that storm water runoff drains to our waterways and dumping materials into a storm drain is illegal. Storm drain marking is fun and easy! You get to spray paint messages like "No Dumping, Drains to River" by storm drains and clean-up sediment, trash, yard waste and debris from the area around them. The City provides a kit and map for you to do as much as you want. Volunteer as a group or individually.
