Emergency Services Intake/Registration Specialist

As an Intake Specialist, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food Shelf and Basic Everyday Essentials programs. Your responsibilities include greeting clients, managing the check-in process using our computer systems, and maintaining accurate records. You'll provide clients with essential program information, explain our services, and collaborate with staff and other volunteers to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. This role requires interpersonal communication, basic computer skills, and compassion and respect for all.
