The City of St. Cloud Park & Recreation Department is putting on a FREE Rock the Park community event as part of St. Cloud Granite City Days on Sunday, June 30th from 11am-3pm at Lake George/Eastman Park in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This event aims to draw hundreds of families and individuals to come together to celebrate what makes the the St. Cloud community GREATER. We are dedicated to providing a fun-filled event with a range of activities, including Touch-a-Truck, a bike rodeo, fishing, a petting zoo, paddle boats, food trucks, inflatables, yard games, a story stroll, face painting, balloon sculptors, Fred Yiran African Arts, and the SCSU World Showcase.
To ensure the success of the event, we are seeking volunteers who are passionate about making a positive impact on our community.
We have a variety of volunteer needs, including:
- setup of tents, tables, chairs, and signage prior to the event
- activity stations during the event
- bike rodeo station volunteers
- fishing helpers
- inflatable attendants
- yard games attendants
- arts and crafts assistants
- takedown/cleanup after the event
**Please make sure to wear comfortable shoes dress for the weather! This event is outdoors.
