United Way of Central Minnesota will host Llama Llama Read-A-Rama on Tuesday, April 23, from 5 – 7 p.m., at St. Cloud Great River Regional Library. “The Power of Stories,” celebrates storytelling as a SUPERPOWER that helps us express ourselves and understand our world. This annual event is designed for children aged 0-10 and their caregivers, featuring story time, crafts, activities, live llamas, visits by community partners, snack time and prize giveaways. United Way of Central Minnesota seeks volunteers for event set up, takedown and to act as greeters and assistants in various places, like the snack and activity areas.
