Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity uses volunteer labor to build homes with low-income families. The Site Supervisor is someone who is skilled in construction. This volunteer is under the direction of Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity's Construction Manager. The responsibility of the Site Supervisor is to work with a small group of volunteers at the construction site to teach them the skills needed to do the tasks for the day and to oversee them to ensure their safety and to make sure quality work is being done. The time commitment for a Site Supervisor depends on the availability of the volunteers. Site Supervisors work with Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity's Volunteer Coordinator for scheduling. We appreciate your help!
