The Education & Programs Committee plays a vital role in making Junior Achievement programs possible across Central Minnesota. From sourcing school partners to ensuring classroom materials are ready to go, this team helps bring JA’s mission to life for local students.

Committee Member Responsibilities:

  • Source Partners: Help identify and connect with schools and businesses for program support (e.g., Adopt-a-School, BizTown, and funding opportunities)

  • Kit Collection & Rebuilds: Assist with gathering used JA program kits and rebuilding them for reuse in future classrooms

  • Volunteer Recruitment: Support efforts to recruit local volunteers to teach JA programs in area schools

    Time Commitment: Monthly committee meetings, plus flexible volunteer support throughout the school year
