Children's Lemonade Art Fair - Thursday, June 23 - St. Cloud State University
Assist children with art-related projects at an outdoor art booth including face painting, murals and other small art projects.
Shifts: 10:30 am - 2:30 pm or 2:30 - 6:30 pm
Beaver Island Canoe Trip - Friday, June 24th
Volunteer at Beaver Island Brewing to help people get into life jackets and load shuttle vans from 2:30 - 6:30 pm
Volunteer at River Bluffs Regional Park to help people get out of canoes, move equipment from river to shuttle vans and hand out beverages and flyers (must be able to lift and carry equipment) from 4:00 - 8:00 pm
Marching Band Host- Saturday, June 25 at 8:30 am - Hester Park Area
Each volunteer will be assigned to one of the marching bands performing in the Parade. Duties will include answering questions regarding the parade preparations area, where the band can warm up, when they will stage, how and when to move to the parade lineup, restroom information, etc. All information will be included in a packet - one for the band rep and one for the volunteer.
When the band starts their parade route, the volunteer is done. Bring a lawn chair to sit while waiting. There will be St. Cloud band representative how will help with any questions, concerns or issues.
Sing! St. Cloud - Saturday, June 25 - Lake George
- Set up & Tear down Crew - help with tables, chairs, judges booth, signage, etc.
3:30 - 5:30 pm Set Up & 7:30 - 9:30 pm Take Down
- Registration - Register participants, give directions, etc.
4:30-6:30 pm or 6:30 - 8:30 pm
- Stage Assistant - Coordinate contestants, assist in event flow, help judges as needed from 5:30 - 9:30 pm
St. Cloud Optimists' Family Fun Day - Sunday, June 26 - Lake George
Volunteers are needed to run the kids carnival games, assist at the art tent, and monitor the kids bounce inflatables.
Shifts: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, 12:30 - 2:30 pm and 2:30 - 4:30 pm
*Volunteer opportunities are open to anyone over age 13!
