Who We Are
Helping Hands Outreach provides direct services such as transportation, light housekeeping and chore services, health and wellness education, congregate dining, respite care and adult day care.
Most of our services are provided by volunteers who understand the importance of helping our senior adults remain in their own home, in their own community for as long as it is safely possible.
We welcome new volunteers.
What We Do
Helping Hands Outreach serves senior adults and adults with disabilities in northeast Stearns County.
