Saint John's Abbey

The monks of Saint John's serve the Church and the world by a life of prayer and through work in schools and workshops, The Liturgical Press, parishes and chaplaincies, missions abroad and sponsored programs.  A Guest House offers hospitality for persons seeking a place of spiritual rest and renewal.

Our commitment and work includes Saint John's Abbey, Saint John's University, Saint John's Prep School, Saint John's Abbey Guest House, The Liturgical Press, The Ecumenical Center, The Hill Museum and Manuscript Library, Parishes and Chaplaincies.

Our needs include harvesting and cleaning up the vegetable garden, splitting wood for the maple syrup boiling, cleaning the abbey church, visiting elderly monks in the retirement center, etc
