Who We Are

Wilder creates lasting, positive change rooted in people through direct services, research and community building. Last year we served more than 6,600 people through programs dedicated to family stability and mental health, engaged thousands more through community initiatives and worked with more than 150 organizations to produce 150+ evaluations and research reports that inform work toward the common good.

What We Do

One project of Wilder Research is the Minnesota Homeless Study. The Minnesota Homeless Study, conducted every three years, is a point-in-time study aimed at better understanding the prevalence of homelessness in Minnesota, as well as the circumstances of those experiencing homelessness. The data and analysis from the study equip users with the information they need to identify and address systemic issues, improve programs and policies, and ultimately eliminate homelessness. Our next study will take place in 2026.
