Help Bri's Lodge create a clean, welcoming environment for the individuals and families we serve. While our office is maintained regularly, we are looking for a volunteer team to provide a thorough floor-to-ceiling deep cleaning of our healing space.
Projects will include:
- Dusting walls, ceilings, shelves, and cabinets
- Wiping down doors
- Washing the inside of windows
- Wiping down furniture and surfaces
- Cleaning and organizing the kitchen and refrigerator
- Vacuuming throughout the building
- Scrubbing and mopping all floors
- Using a carpet cleaner (provided by Bri's Lodge) on carpeted areas
- Deep cleaning and sanitizing the Children's Companion Room
- Thoroughly scrubbing and disinfecting bathrooms
- Other detailed cleaning tasks as needed
Our goal is to refresh every area of our building so that grieving children, adults, and families are welcomed into a space that feels peaceful, comfortable, and well cared for. The work of this volunteer team directly supports our mission by helping us provide a healing environment where no one has to grieve alone.
The day of the week is flexible and so are the hours. If you are unable to do Monday, September 21st from 9 am -1 pm, we are flexible enough to change this to most anything throughout the week. Please let us know if you have other days or times you prefer.
Bri's Lodge will have beverages, snacks, and can/will provide a meal.
