Volunteer: Shelter Animal Care ProvidersLove Animals? Want to help them find their forever home? Join Tri-County Humane Society (TCHS)'s Volunteer Team as a Shelter Animal Care Provider! You'll help TCHS in a variety of different ways including helping customers meet their new best friend. This position requires a two-hour shift every week. Customer service is an essential part of this role; volunteers assist potential adopters by answering questions and showing the animals. Volunteer: For Pets' Sake Thrift Store AttendantWant to help the animals, but don't necessary want to work directly with the animals? Help raise money for the animals as a For Pets' Sake Thrift Store Attendant! Volunteers make sales, clean and price items that have been donated, provide customer service, and keep the thrift store clean and organized. Current Thrift store hours are Thursdays and Fridays 12-6 p.m., and Saturdays 12-5 p.m. We have open shifts on Thursdays 4-6 p.m. and every other Saturday, but we are always looking for interested volunteers who would be willing to sub in as well!
