Volunteer: Call for Volunteers: Winter Chill - Free Family-Friendly Event

Volunteers needed for Winter Chill on Saturday, January 31st, at Riverside Park (just across the river from SCSU). This FREE family event includes sledding, snowshoeing, Nordic ski rentals and lessons (Central MN SkiSparks & Nordic Ski Club of Central MN), arts & crafts, snow painting, s’mores, hot chocolate, and more.

Volunteer Roles (all inside the warming shelter):

Nordic ski boot checkout Snow painting supplies Arts & crafts S’mores station Hot chocolate station

Help us keep families warm, happy, and having fun! ❄️
Please note: we are unable to provide transportation to and/or from the event.
