At Bri's Lodge, we provide support and resources to individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive community where individuals can find comfort, understanding, and hope during their grieving process.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our working Board of Directors. As a working board, each member plays an active role in both the strategic and hands-on efforts that keep our organization moving forward.

Your primary focus would be supporting our marketing and outreach initiatives. This includes helping to develop strategies that promote our organization, increase public awareness of our mission, and attract new supporters, partners, and donors. You may also assist in identifying and vetting businesses or service providers when outsourcing is necessary.

As a working board member, your responsibilities will include:

Attending and actively participating in monthly board meetings Contributing time and expertise to marketing projects, events, and campaigns Collaborating with staff and other board members to implement strategic initiatives Helping grow our network by promoting our mission within the community Taking on tasks or committee work as needed to meet organizational goals

Your experience and commitment to serving others would be a vital asset to our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a real and lasting difference in the lives of those experiencing grief. While the time commitment is meaningful, the impact is immeasurable—and deeply rewarding.

Bri's Lodge is a grief and loss center located in Waite Park. We received a grant to transform one of our offices into a grief companion room but we are seeking items to complete the transformation. 

New Grief & Loss Books for Children (and adults)New Television with Wall MountRoom will be lodge themed - new stuffed animals such as Moose, Bear, Deer, Raccoon, etc.

Compared to non-bereaved children, bereaved children experience lower self esteem, lower grades, higher risk of depression, suicide attempts, drug abuse, violent crime involvements and more psychiatric difficulties. Help us in completing this transformation so children do not need to grieve alone!
