The Aisle Attendants guide shoppers through the food selection process by ensuring they follow household guidelines while maintaining a dignified & welcoming shopping experience for all. This role is critical in being able to serve clients efficiently and effectively.

Helping with Food Rescue, you play a key role in ensuring the food shelf’s coolers, freezers, shelves and produce areas are well-stocked, clean, and accessible for clients. You'll help unload deliveries, organize products, and prepare items for distribution. Your responsibilities may include replenishing dairy, frozen items, dry food and produce, checking for freshness, and rotating stock for optimal quality. Additionally, assisting with warehouse tasks like sorting, stacking, and moving inventory. This role requires some lifting and physical activity, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach, helping to provide fresh and safe food to those in need.  

The Office/Clerical Assistant contributes to operational success by providing essential administrative support through data entry, phone management, record keeping, and general office tasks. This person ensures timely and accurate administrative support in a professional and welcoming environment.

As an Intake Specialist, you manage the check-in process for both programs using a computer system. You greet clients, register and verify information, distribute family size cards, and answer questions as needed. You'll provide clients with essential program information, explain our services, and collaborate with staff and other volunteers to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. This role requires interpersonal communication, basic computer skills, and compassion and respect for all.

The Donation Door Attendant ensures the smooth reception and organization of donated items, including food, produce, clothing, and household goods. They greet & thank all donors, and ensure the management, organization and cleanliness of the donation area. 

Volunteer Opportunity in Albany/St. Joe area! Catholic Charities Meals on Wheels is looking for volunteer drivers for Mondays from our Albany kitchen. These volunteers would pick up meals in Albany and deliver them to homebound seniors on our St. Joseph route. Deliver nutritious noon meals and social interaction to homebound seniors in the 14-county service area, including the Greater St. Cloud area. There will be 4-5 homes on volunteer routes which should take approximately an hour to pick up and deliver meals.

Sort and package frozen meals for Senior Dining meal distributions. Make a difference in seniors' lives, especially for those struggling with food insecurity. This position takes place at the St. Cloud Whitney Senior Center.
