As a member of the Fundraising & Development Committee, you’ll help lay the foundation for sustainable support that empowers local students with real-world skills in financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship.
Committee Member Responsibilities:

Identify and Compile Prospects: Gather potential donor leads and provide information to JA staff for outreach and follow-up

Build Community Connections: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with individuals, businesses, and organizations to support JA fundraising goals

Discover New Opportunities: Research and suggest new ideas for fundraising efforts, including community events, partnerships, sponsorships, and grant opportunities

Support District Goals: Align fundraising efforts with JA’s strategic goals and help ensure our programs reach more students across the region
