The Office/Clerical Assistant contributes to operational success by providing essential administrative support through data entry, phone management, record keeping, and general office tasks. This person ensures timely and accurate administrative support in a professional and welcoming environment.

As an Intake Specialist, you manage the check-in process for both programs using a computer system. You greet clients, register and verify information, distribute family size cards, and answer questions as needed. You'll provide clients with essential program information, explain our services, and collaborate with staff and other volunteers to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. This role requires interpersonal communication, basic computer skills, and compassion and respect for all.

This role focuses on maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and freshness of meat and other frozen items. Volunteers replenish stock, inspect product quality, rotate inventory, and assist shoppers with locating items. This position plays a key role in upholding food safety standards and supporting smooth daily operations alongside staff and fellow volunteers.

The Aisle Attendants guide shoppers through the food selection process by ensuring they follow household guidelines while maintaining a dignified & welcoming shopping experience for all. This role is critical in being able to serve clients efficiently and effectively.

This role focuses on unloading food rescue deliveries, organizing incoming product, and preparing items for distribution on the Food Shelf floor. Volunteers assist with general warehouse tasks such as sorting, stacking, and moving inventory, while ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met. This fast-paced, hands-on role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly and making fresh, rescued food available to those who need it most.

Volunteer Opportunity in Albany/St. Joe area! Catholic Charities Meals on Wheels is looking for volunteer drivers for Mondays from our Albany kitchen. These volunteers would pick up meals in Albany and deliver them to homebound seniors on our St. Joseph route. Deliver nutritious noon meals and social interaction to homebound seniors in the 14-county service area, including the Greater St. Cloud area. There will be 4-5 homes on volunteer routes which should take approximately an hour to pick up and deliver meals.

Sort and package frozen meals for Senior Dining meal distributions. Make a difference in seniors' lives, especially for those struggling with food insecurity. This position takes place at the St. Cloud Whitney Senior Center.
