Who We Are
Country Manor is a health care campus that administers to the needs of the elderly and disabled in a variety of settings including long-term care, sub-acute care, assisted living and independent living senior apartments. Our brand new Rapid Recovery & Aquatic Center opened in April 2011 and specializes in rehabilitation and short term care. It features Champion Rehab which provides a full spectrum of rehabilitation services. For the younger generation we offer childcare at our Kids Country Daycare located on the west end of the campus.
What We Do
The mission of Country Manor Campus is to enrich the quality of life for the individuals and families we serve by providing superior healthcare and services.
