Great River Children's Museum

Who We Are

Great River Children's Museum (GRCM) is a nonprofit children's museum in St. Cloud, Minnesota, dedicated to inspiring learning through the power of play. We believe every child deserves opportunities to explore, create, imagine, and discover in environments that nurture curiosity and strengthen family connections. Serving children from birth through age 10 and the caring adults in their lives, GRCM offers interactive exhibits, educational programs, community events, and outreach experiences designed to spark curiosity and support healthy development. Our experiences encourage children to build problem-solving skills, creativity, confidence, collaboration, and a lifelong love of learning. As a community gathering place, GRCM partners with schools, nonprofits, healthcare providers, libraries, businesses, artists, and cultural organizations to increase access to high-quality play and learning opportunities for all families. Through affordable admission, scholarship programs, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives, we strive to ensure every child can experience the benefits of play, regardless of financial circumstances or ability. At Great River Children's Museum, we believe play is more than fun—it is how children make sense of the world, build relationships, develop resilience, and prepare for lifelong success. Every exhibit, program, and partnership is designed to strengthen children, families, and the Central Minnesota community.
