Each year, the Seminar Leadership Team work to provide a 3-day seminar experience that challenges and empowers students to leverage their leadership abilities for greater good. Without all of the hard work, dedication, and donations from our volunteers, this life-changing experience wouldn't be possible.

At HOBY, we believe all students have the potential to lead. Our seminars bring students together across different backgrounds, cultures, and communities. We help students discover a newfound sense of awareness, confidence, connection, and purpose. Our seminars are proven to cultivate personal growth and inspire action.
