Description

Pine Meadow KIDSTOP would love to have 3-5 volunteers to help show our support for the men and women in blue by making Thank You cards for the Sartell Police Department.  Pine Meadow KIDSTOP will invite the Police Department to visit the site the day after Day of Caring, on September 23rd, to give them the cards and ask them to speak to the kids.

Other details for the day: We would like volunteers to arrive at the site at 3:45.  The event runs from 4-5:00 on September 22nd.  If you would like to be present on the 23rd when the cards are presented to the Police Department, you can ask Brock the details for that when you volunteer on the 22nd.  Please park in the staff lot (front lot), opposite of the bus chute and use the front doors to enter.  It is important that if you sign up for this event and then you are unable to make it or you will be late, please let Brock know.  He can be reached at 320-656-3701 X4804 or bkorbel@bgcmn.org.  Thank you.

A: We will have some paper and patriotic stickers for you to use. If you would like to bring more, that would be much appreciated! We also are asking that volunteers come up with 3 options/examples of what kids can write in their card. Cards turn out better when they have a great saying to put in the card!
